Pristine Notary Services BBAB LLC – Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Completed Services
Due to the time-sensitive and document-specific nature of notarial and loan-signing services, once a service is performed (signing, notarization, field inspection, etc.), we do not issue refunds or credits. Each appointment requires a qualified notary’s time, travel, and administrative preparation.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Advance Notice: If you must cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time without additional fees, subject to notary availability.

Late Cancellations (< 24 hrs): Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50 % of the service charge.

No-Shows: Failure to appear without notice is treated as a late cancellation and may forfeit 100 % of the service fee.
3. Deposits & Pre-Payments
Where a deposit or full pre-payment is required to secure an appointment, these fees are non-refundable. Any remaining balance (if paid in part) is due at the time of service.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is no refunds, we recognize emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, natural disaster, or other extraordinary events, please contact us immediately. We may, at our discretion, offer:
