5. Appointment, Fees & Payment

Fees: Quoted service fees appear on the Website or are provided in writing. Fees may vary by location, travel distance, and complexity.
Payment: Payment is due at or before the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments.

6. Client Obligations

Provide accurate, complete, and current information and documentation.
Be physically present (in-person or via approved remote technology) at the time of notarization.
Present valid, government-issued photo identification as required by state law.

Failure to comply may result in delay or refusal of service without refund.
